Got it, that makes sense. How does one obtain "PayPal/NX game card" points other than through the "Phoenix Referral code system"? Is there another way to get the points?

Hello! Saved up 10k nx from voting for a few weeks and was preparing to buy the "character name change" item in the cash shop to change my main characters name. I am prompted to enter in my birth code when I buy the item (which I am fairly positive is correct), I enter it, and then it shows a "you do not have enough NX cash to complete this purchase" error message. I have slightly more than 10k nx, and the item is 10k nx. Is this a bug? Is the item donor nx cash only by chance? Thank you in advance for any help!
