Make Night Raven's Eye "Fast" speed

When the raven ninja weapons upgrades release, I think out of all the upgrades, the Night Raven's Eye could be changed to have "Fast" speed. Seeing as the other "Night" upgrades (with the exception of the dagger/beak) improve attack speed it would be more in-line with these weapons. The Night Raven's Eye could also be adjusted from a lower str requirement of 70 into 90 if need be. Since this is roughly the same stat wise as an Lv80 xbow it would be a nice tool for snipers to farm as well not over taking the similar "Fast" bow:
Crimson Arclancer that rangers have.

I understand this may not be for awhile but I would like to present the idea ahead of time.
