Obviously they weren't enabled because they have attack and it seems the philosophy for the server is that attack stat should only exist on gloves and weapons ( and MoN ). Perhaps a way to introduce facestompers would be to remove the attack stat and replace it with 4 all stats , 7 slots, lv120 req. This way the item could have some role in terms of gear progression on this server without power creeping every shoe by having attack on it as well as being able to have the item in the game to wear. 2
