Phoenix plans and rumors?

I have heard some things and am starting to get kind of curious, here is the list:

1. Will the server be getting stuff from around or after the Big bang patch?

2. Are 4th jobs in the works or is this only a rumor?

3. Are there any plans to open another server? (with or without Big bang) If yes then around what time and date? I remember there was a Bera event or something but I believe that was only temporary.

4. How was the discussion about item potentials and cubes?
