add @xpm command

I learned of this feature from another server. It is an xp tracker built-in which allows the user to set the time interval to record.

You can also use !exp on SHABot if you prefer discord over web interface

theres already an xp tracker its called a clock lmfao this isnt meant to be a custom special  server with training wheels if u want that go play royals

@epm command is way faster than using another link or bot (clunky n slow) , tho the next fastest tool is using ur phone calculator and timer 😉
