I am trying to do the quest "Fixing Blackbull's House" in Perion after a close online friend who plays the game reccomend me to get the shield reward from Blackbull after doing the quest on my way to be a knight in the game. Unfortunately and despite being above level 10 (I am level 12 swordsman at the time of writing this post), cannot start the quest. I am really bummed out considering that my close friend was able to do the quest when he started a new character and managed to start and completed the quest.
I would appreciate any form of help or assistance with me and this quest.
