I'll also include it in a notepad version, you need to divide the chance by 1,000,000,000. If anyone wants to use this to make some type of library for phoenix go ahead, keep in mind osm had a 2x scroll drop rate. So if there are scrolls for 3/50k you knew from osm they are 3/100k here.
