How do you play in fullscreen mode?

Open Phoenix.ini with any text editor and change the 1 to a 0 for "WindowMode" and make sure to save.

Alt enter also sometimes works.. Bit weird because that wasn't a feature in the original v38 client that we use.

I changed the 1 to a 0 and now the game crashes at launch. It says GR2D was unable to find the screen mode.
