For example magic guard costs 1/2 the mana drain, shadow stars, removing cost of summon rocks/magic rocks. Giving bowmen 3rd job move speed to warriors etc. Like mini hyper skills and keeping the same playstyle and skill sets 3rd jobs would use similarly to dark knight 4th job.
