Might be a thing that is planned for the future. For now I believe it's really cool to see people AFK with merchants because then you could show off your NX or your level or whatever you want to - just like in the old days!

Later on when the server gets bigger and FM is more busy, it'll be nice to edit items and prices without fear of someone coming over and stealing your spot. 1
