Not sure if it's a bug or I'm doing something wrong.

I'm one of the casuals who loves questing on my pace and I recently logged on phoenix after a couple months to do some chill questing and I noticed one of the quests is not tracking my progress anymore.
The quest Arwen and Ellinia warrants me to hunt 100 green mushrooms.
The quest DANGER! <1-G. Mushroom> warrants me to hunt 999 green mushrooms.

the arwen quest counts my kills but the danger one stopped at 39.

this happened to one of my quests before as well but it worked when I forfeited the quest and started again. but everytime I took my time and the quest auto-untracked, it stopped counting again.
it would just be hard to keep forfeiting and starting a quest that counts to 999 if I can't do it in one go.

For kill count quests, 1 kill is just that. It only gets counted once. So, if you have 2 kill 100 quests for the same mob, you have to kill 200 - no double dipping! I think this changes in later versions, but this behavior is intended for now unfortunately.
