Option to remove fog in Perion

Shit hurts my eyes... super annoying.

The background clouds are fine.. the foreground clouds are terrible.

In later versions the client supports being able to disable certain layers of the background which I can maybe allow players to access and use as they wish but until then it's unlikely.

Since nothing is builtin(from what I know) in our client the only option is some type of edit from @Eric
