There is no HP wash here, Not possible, We have 0 pay to win, the only thing that is a bit vote to win is charms and pet equips can be bought with vote points, but they are also available for meso.

Phoenix Cash is only for cosmetic stuff (Masks, Weapons from Cashshop, etc.)
You can only buy a pet with Maple Points, which you get from voting.
This is so people will not gain a game-play advantage from donating.
