Lower arrow rain sound volume (especially if a lot of targets at once)

Try the skill on a lot of targets and you get the sound effect stacking for even louder.

The sound could be lowered by half easily compared to other noises it's very loud.

on a related note, sfx volume gets out of hand if a bunch of them are played at the same time(multiple mobs being hit, mobbing skill sfx, even multiple people being hit).
