Jay's Curiosity Quest (Level 35) Bugged

I have completed the 4 quests that go with it (Bruce's Research, Gwin's Thanks, Grendel the Really Old's Glorious Days, & The Rememberer's Passion), however when I return to Jay he pretty much just tells me to go to Bruce/Gwin/Grendel/The Rememberer). Since I have already completed those quests with those NPCs & they are not repeatable quests, I cannot do them. I do currently have Bob's Snail Shell in my inventory.
