Saved up 10k nx from voting for a few weeks and was preparing to buy the "character name change" item in the cash shop to change my main characters name. I am prompted to enter in my birth code when I buy the item (which I am fairly positive is correct), I enter it, and then it shows a "you do not have enough NX cash to complete this purchase" error message. I have slightly more than 10k nx, and the item is 10k nx. Is this a bug? Is the item donor nx cash only by chance? Thank you in advance for any help!
bohemos Posted May 30, 2023 Posted May 30, 2023 I'm assuming you have 10k Maple Points. You need 10k PayPal/NX Game Card. also its to cancel
RuneKnight Posted May 31, 2023 Author Posted May 31, 2023 Got it, that makes sense. How does one obtain "PayPal/NX game card" points other than through the "Phoenix Referral code system"? Is there another way to get the points?
