leonidass Posted December 1, 2023 Posted December 1, 2023 Hi, i made another appeal. but i found the correct email related to the banned account, so i opened this user using the correct email. I can log in through the opening screen normally, but when i click on the characters inside, i cant log in, a massage pops up "this ID has been deleted or blocked". the ban happened for no reason, i didnt receive any massage or actually got banned while playing , just one day i suddenly couldnt log in anymore. id love to know what happened, if its a bug, and of course remove the ban and keep using the account. thank you
