Possible unban for login ids: AJsk AJsk1 AJsk2(?)

Hi Arnah or who it may concern,
I played awhile ago on my hermit and had a few alts for shops, probably in 2019/2020(?), right after osm closed. I quit I think in the summer of 2020, gave away most of my items/mesos. Recently tried logging back in and all of my accounts had received permanent bans. I was wondering if they could be unbanned, I'm not quite sure why they were and was told this was the best way to contact you. Thanks!

It appears you got banned because you shared your account with someone. Does this seem accurate?

I had given my login info to a friend once I quit to get the items off of it. I know that's against the rules so if the ban is upheld I understand but I would really appreciate it if I was able to get unbanned. If you can(?) check the logs of hwid's that logged in you can see that I never logged in once they took the stuff I had. There was personal event that made me think I was no longer going to be able to play but circumstances have since changed.

Hope to hear back soon, have my first vacation days in awhile coming this week and want to grind on the right character 😄
