Do you have phoenix.dll in the directory? Yes, i have all the files from the .zip folder everything is excluded correctly, and i can launch other MS private servers just fine. 0 Arnah Posted August 5, 2020 Share Posted August 5, 2020 Make sure to download https://static.playphoenix.net/vc_redist.x86.exe just to rule out that being the possible error causing client from not opening. Since v39 certain errors are not showing due a change nexon did with packing the client. I'm still looking for the best way to fix this issue.
