Phantom Posted January 26, 2021 Share Posted January 26, 2021 This quest asks you to get 20 plant samples, which you get by hitting plants (box like things) in the maps north of Ellinia. I hit over a hundred plants and no plant samples came out. If memory serves, this is not a rare drop. Something like 25% to 50% of the time a plant sample is supposed to drop.
