Make OPQ Great (not Smuggle)

Long ass time commitment to get blue pots 2 times in a row, white pots and then overall def scroll, and then another 10 OPQ with literally shit reward

Its clearly longer than LPQ and KPQ yet there's no reason to want to mule it compare to the others, not only that, also less players reach that level so it will never be as popular as the other 2 regardless of how long it is.

 exp is mediocre, and its fine, but make it give decent rewards, also server would be really happy with more scrolls in the market
