add cursayer drops to regular mobs

I made another post about this but that thread ended up  being mostly about something else.

As it is, cursayer only drops from papulatus and zakum while every other level 90 weapon has a regular drop. It makes no sense that this is the only lv90 weapon without a regular mob drop. While bains drop cursayers later on, idk what version that drop is added.

I suggest adding the drop to bains(if showa gets added this would make bains feasable to farm) and if not maybe adding the drop to a leafre mob as well.
