Relative monthly exp leaderboard

Monthly leaderboard based on exp gained, adjusted by level so it roughly equals amount of hours played and relative speed. Example if someone does 1-50 in a week that's still ranked higher than a level 170's daily grind even though they get more exp in that single day.

is it possible to adjust ranking for "who is grinding harder"?
Prob just do simple absolute exp gained rank and level range ranks with exp gained.
I like the idea of some kind of leaderboard tho
