    add gachapon

In my opinion the important items for gachapon would be nice additions as rare drops (maybe to mobs people don’t usually farm) but any lottery systems can really disrupt the market.
  2. Kradia, I agree mages have different strengths from other classes, and I would also like to see mages more. There are so few active mages and I never train where they do. I know sometimes at Pianus when it does the physical immune it makes you grind to a halt, but to your point there aren’t a lot of mages. Sometimes I just want Rick to be able to smack the shit outta some bosses y’know.
  3. Currently, there is a problem where high level mages just keep leveling and grind without a lot of opportunities to have a meaningful slot in boss parties. Zakum, for example, all the important damage is from hermits, DKs, and CBs. The priests have their place for keeping everyone healed and dispelled, but the I/L and F/P really has no reason to attend these bosses since they do so little damage to the boss itself. Whenever Zak puts up the physical guard, all damage slams to a halt. I am open to ideas as to how to improve this dynamic, but it would be really cool if when you see bossing disable the phsyical attackers, you would still see some decent damage numbers popping off from the magic users in the party. My first thought would be maybe to lower the magic resist on some of the bosses that make it impossible to boss as a magic user. This could include other bosses/mini bosses that are currently unattainable as well. This might be the thing that could keep someone interested in the server if they get bored of just leveling constantly without a greater purpose in bossing. Please reply with your suggestions if you have any to improve this issue.
  4. Dark Yeti is also holy weak, as is Dark Yeti & Pepe
  5. This is all the mobs with “Dark” that I saw on bbb, not sure if their list is 100% accurate but I assume so. It’s only those 4 mobs that have no weakness. Thanks for your time Arnah!
  6. I suggest that some of the Dark monsters be changed to Holy weak so that Priests have a little bit more variety in farming locations. This change could affect any of the following: Dark Wyvern, Dark Cornian, Dark Rash, and Dark Drake (There is also Dark Stump and Dark Axe Stump which are Fire weak obviously cause they're stumps) The Red Wyvern is weak to ice, Blue Wyvern weak to fire, but Dark Wyvern weak to nothing ??? Also, some mobs that have the prefix "Dark" are already holy weak, including: Dark Leatty, Dark Nependeath, Dark Pepe, Dark Jr. Yeti, Dark Yeti, Dark Yeti & Pepe, Dark Stone Golem, and Dark Cloud Fox (this is also lightning weak) In addition, this change probably wouldn't impact the health of the game overall much at all. Priests would still have to use potions to train at these locations, where we don't need potions at all at undead. The tradeoff would be to look for different drops than our usual mobs, or to party with friends training there as well. Thanks for your time, Rykbi Lvl 119 Priest
  7. Currently: back again casually IGN: Rykbi Reason: A lot of the people I became friends with along the way quit, and the end-game experience as a 3rd job priest was very mundane even with Leafre being released. I maxed out my dragon ability, SR, and dispel leaving pretty unexciting skills left to look forwards to. I would pretty much be leveling ER and door at this point but the time investment required isn't worth it to me. Making new characters did not rekindle my desire to play for long; even playing MG2 for a month it got repetitive pretty quickly. There seems to be a very small window where people need a priest to level optimally, and that was very frustrating as well. I probably would grind a little here and there if the spots I want to grind didn't almost 1 shot; its kind of hard to afk train for me. I enjoyed my time playing, but now that the nostalgia has kind of lost its zest I don't think I will really be playing this game anymore. edit: I started again, and I have had some fun on new chars and by not focusing on minmaxing exp/hr for grinding. The addition of 300 hp on pianus cape and 100 hp on sheriff badge made going to higher lvl mobs easier as a mage without mg. With the new 5 minimum for lpq I’ve been enjoying this a bit as well.

    Anti Leeching

I’m curious if low lvl priests tagging with heal at deep ludi is considered leeching since they have to be active, and in some cases spam healing plus hs benefits their duo (like dk/priest at mdt). I understand you could lower the threshold for priest/clerics but it seems like you would have to change it based on undead or not. I’m also curious what you consider for beginners since they are mainly a meme class. I know I wouldn’t have gotten my beginner so high lvl without leeching her for a handful of levels. Maybe it would make the levels more meaningful for people really grinding it out on beginners, but seems like partying would be pretty useless for them since they do so little damage. Last qualm would be about how it effects party exp, like for party quests. There’s always a few levels where some classes do such low damage, or can’t hit at all that they would most likely be shafted in these instances. Examples: a warrior/archer in kpq 21-25ish and warriors 35-43ish at lpq with low accuracy. Most classes do a minimal amount of damage at opq in the early levels as well, so they usually sit out at the higher level monster stages. (Not to mention opq is pretty unpopular as is.)
