The default leech checks MapleStory used are still checked. They are the following. 1. Deal at least 1 damage to the monster. 2. Be within 5 levels of the monster. 3. Be within 5 levels of a party member that fulfills 1 or 2. In Phoenix, the level difference checked in #2 and #3 is now capped at 20 levels under the monster level. You can still pass these checks if you have dealt at least 1 damage. Phoenix has also added an anti AFK leech check. For damage dealt, you gain a certain amount of seconds for a "Leech Timer" which allows you to gain exp from monsters if you fulfill the checks listed above. When a mob is killed you gain the resulting value as seconds in your leech timer. ceil(damage / maxHp * 100) * JobMultiplier[jobCategory] Assuming your multiplier is 1, If you did 50% of the health of a monster, you will gain 50 seconds to your timer. Currently the timer is capped at 100 seconds, and the time is given before exp is distributed meaning you will always gain exp from the monster you just killed. Beginners are currently the only job with a multiplier higher than 1. Clerics & Priests have special handling for Heal. To have the below checks active, the Cleric/Priest must have an active leech timer from damaging killed monsters, and the party member being healed also must have an active leech timer. Every heal that increases the HP of an active party member, not including yourself, will give 5 seconds of leech with a cap of 20 seconds. This is the same timer used for killing monsters. Healing while above this 20 second cap, even if those seconds are gained from damaging monsters, will not increase the time. Players determined afk by this system will not contribute to the total member count for Holy Symbol and Party Exp Bonus, but will count towards the parties total level which is used for party exp split. Bosses will increase the leech timer but ignore the active check and distribute exp normally. When the timer runs out you will be notified using the in-game chat. Bosses like Anego, Bigfoot, Headless Horseman will do a custom split exp based on Damage Dealt to prevent boss leeching. Further changes to Exp Split checks & Leech checks are expected and you should refer to this page if such changes have happened.

The cost leafre has is based on boat cost(I assume) so something cheaper only makes sense. Does no method ever exist to get more?
-
Every double space error that I control server side is fixed for content currently available so no need to report any of those for now. Everything above should be fixed.
-
This change seems fine, is that mob list complete or just a leafre missing list?
-
Couple things i'm interested in doing for archer. Will see

Coupons are given with the idea it'll be used for the character you obtain them on. For every coupon obtained that is 1 per account you get the choice of what character should get it. Not entirely interested in things like stocking up coupons to use for future characters but that's just my current opinion.

Custom quests for tracking kills/items w/ quest helper
Arnah replied to kodatiama's topic in Suggestions
Quest part isn't realistically possible due to kill tracking being capped at 999. You just want a kill tracker but more I assume? Since the stat command already gives the same info -
Added for next update. Probably? wont make it into a small client update I plan for v63. Also I hope you don't plan to get the dragon since it actually requires a job npc.
-
Fixed for next update. Not entirely sure I handle map/channel properly for parties but it seems to work so I guess idc.
-
Green is the problematic portal, highly doubt that red box is the actual dimensions you experience it on
-
The preheads have a portal that gets constantly checked. Since no modifications exist like Tubi this is entirely GMS like atm. While options could exist with client modifications I'm not entirely sure what options there are.
-
I assumed its fixed, untested.
-
Everything on my side says KPQ requires 4. I can lower the two listed PQs to 5.
-
Hmm I guess the video does show cornians being unfrozen on flame
-
Not sure that's the case. If you burn > freeze, the only way you can tell its burning is due to the damage number. Freeze > burn will show the freeze frame but red. At 1:28 you can see him freeze > burn > freeze which removes the red color but still has the DOT
-
This is only really used for washing which isn't possible and the reason it was ignored initially.
-
Makes sense to restrict something like this but not sure if this is a safe thing to change now.

I'm assuming it is what I thought when you first reported, I'll adjust for next patch. Could maybe talk about it more in a tespia chat if required. Grenade is also fixed for next patch.
