Not sure if you locked this on purpose but it usually means the quest is part of a questline but the rest is not available(failed requirements)/started
-
It took me about 15+ plants to get one but it did drop.. Idk how its this rare despite a decent droprate
-
Ok now with the restart a few hours ago the fix is applied
-
This was purposely removed for the exact thing you showed, Sniping. Checking over the changes again and it seems I have slightly nerfed the map more than I needed to for sniping to be removed and this will be adjusted. Also not entirely sure how this is "dangerous" but I'll gladly learn. Edit: Also want to note that properly documenting changes like this are planned I just keep forgetting to do it.

Should be fixed now

2018 to 2021 had 13.2m messages sent in chat with 5.4m of them being to the senders current map. 15.3k "grats" 7.5k "gratz" 67.3k "gz" March, 2020 had highest by month with 1.1m messages

The spawn should be exactly the same. I can't say the same for any other server online at the moment except maybe croosade v92? But even then they do custom changes just like us. Some maps definitely do need some buffs though like stone golems. I'll have to look for a better place to make sure people read the rules. I also still need to expand the "About" page and finish a custom changes thread I've let partially started for a few days now. For heal exp you should definitely continue the main thread here
-
Just need to damage a killed monster, nothing else matters. Healing monsters will give you damage dealt so it'll give you a few seconds at minimum of leech exp. Something special for priests is definitely an idea, just need to figure out the best way. Original thought was Priest specific JobMultiplier inc ontop of the default mage on. Not sure if its needed for Cleric though. Party quests definitely sound like an issue. And for beginners.. All you have to do is solo kill 1 mob every 100 seconds. Can a beginner not do that? If not, it sounds like they rely way too much on leeching to level or are killing the wrong monster. I'm not trying to directly hurt Priest and this actually is progress towards heal exp being brought back. Buff mules idc and I'll hurt them all day. "All the changes" is just 1 so far. Where do you see this information about v55? PG Leech still existed in 2008 but v55 is in May so it could have changed but I'm unable to find any information saying it did And how does a priest pocket heal at himes without damaging them? Edit: Ok I was informed of what I assume you meant by pocket healing. Whoever named that is mad dumb but goes same as where is the proof PG leech got fixed.
-
Idk what part of 1x stops leeching but its not working here. That's the opposite of what I want to do. But I understand priest would be the one most at risk of getting incorrectly seen as leeching.
-
Currently leeching still very much exists and this has been obvious forever. Just because it is not as effective as in some servers does not mean it doesn't exist. Further prevention of leeching is one of the changes out of a couple that I'm looking to add into Phoenix to improve the future. The plan is to introduce a timer which based on the % of damage dealt of a monster killed will determine the amount of seconds of "leech" you get. The amount of seconds per % of total damage dealt will be configurable per job but is currently at 1 seconds for every job except Beginners at 2 seconds, with a cap of 100 seconds. Current formula to determine the amount of seconds is below. ceil(damage / maxHp * 100) * JobMultiplier[jobCategory] If you do 50% of the mobs health you get 50 seconds of "leeching" The amount of seconds you get to leech is given to you on mob kill but before exp is handed out. Clerics & Priests have special handling for heal. Every heal that increases the HP of a party member, but not including yourself, will give 3 seconds of leech with a cap of 20 seconds. This is the same timer used for killing monsters. Healing while above this 20 second cap(From damaging mobs) will not increase the time until it drops below 20 seconds. Players determined afk by this system will not contribute to total member count for Holy Symbol and Party Exp Bonus but will count towards the parties total level which is used for party exp split. Bosses will increase the leech timer but ignore the active check and distribute exp normally. Lenient with 2 mobs being 100 seconds of leeching. Should be used to determine afk not lazy people but will need to be seen in a real world use case to determine if any values need tweaking.

Phoenix.dll is self deleting while launching the game
Phoenix replied to Orrz's question in Technical Issues
The only way it'll get deleted is if an antivirus is deleting it. I try to make sure defender does not incorrectly detect it but sometimes i'm late or defender hasn't updated everyones detection list, Or you just use a different antivirus -
2020 was an interesting year but it's another year for the history books and we now start the 3rd year of Phoenix. While we logged a lot of useful information it was never in a way in which I could easily aggregate and retrieve it, especially 2 years of it. It'll take awhile to move everything to the new logging format but I expect we'll have a good chunk(i'd like all of it) moved by the end of this year which will make the 2021 statistic post quite interesting. Like last time, if you have any ideas for what to include here please post them below and If I approve and have the logs for it I'll include them.

Changes for documentation / use by players of Phoenix. Can find a general WZ addition list from https://maplestory.wiki/GMS/50 although it wont show additions to Item.wz while also not showing any deleted/changed content. A complete v49 > v50 WZ diff is provided as attachment but without any fancy pictures. -- Bug Fix patch for v49. Lot of old posts from v49 about random bugs related to certain skills & attacks crashing the user but to me it sounds like Nexon messed up a server-side anticheat update(Wont be able to confirm this as I've had no issues locally and public testing will be on v50). A bug that I can confirm and so does the v49-v50 diff I provide is Mob Skill 200, level 73(Used by Boomers) somehow got changed to spawn Pirates from Pirate PQ. The change was reverted in v50. Other then that the only WZ differences are some string changes, dead icons being added for the Dragon Egg, and 3 items being added with some CashShop and curse filter changes. v49-v50.txt

Works fine for me with slash blast and panic using a 2h axe which is the one you showed above.

Can you say for what job/skill? It seems to work properly for some of the classes that have it but a couple don't. And last I checked, nothing I did would fix summon attacks when attacking on the right I think? but I can look at it again soon.
